Personal data protection policy
How White Cyber VN collects, uses and protects the information you provide when you contact us through whitecybervn.com, by email or by phone.
Effective from 11 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

2. Data we collect
- When you contact us: your full name, company name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in and any message you choose to send.
- When you visit the website: the website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party resources. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to any server. The hosting and delivery infrastructure may keep technical logs (IP address, time of access, browser type) to operate the website and keep it secure.
Please do not send us personal data about your customers, employees or other third parties before a confidentiality agreement is signed.
3. Purposes of processing
- Replying to your request, scheduling a call, and sending consulting slides, our company profile and a quote.
- Entering into and performing a service contract when both parties agree.
- Keeping the website and our email system safe and secure.
We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when you send a contact request, steps to enter into and perform a contract, and other cases under the Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.
5. Retention
Contact information is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above. If no contract follows, we delete it within 12 months of our last exchange, or sooner if you ask. Data linked to a contract is kept for the period required by law.
6. Sharing
- Our email service provider and website hosting infrastructure, as data processors, only to the extent needed to run the service.
- Competent state authorities when the law requires it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to be informed; to give or withdraw consent; to access, correct and delete your data; to restrict or object to processing; to complain; and other rights under personal data protection law. Send requests to [email protected]; we reply within 24 hours and handle them within the time limits set by law.
8. Security measures
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Contact information is kept in a mailbox protected by multi-factor authentication and is accessible only to the consultant in charge. If a breach is detected, we handle it and notify as required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the rules or our activities change. The new version is published on this page with its effective date.
